Process of Ordering Vaxxine DSL: |
- First you must check to see if your phone number is eligible for
DSL by going to our Availability Lookup section.
If it is available, you can either call us to place the order, or you
can place your order online through a secure form, and we will call
you to confirm the details and get any other information that might
be needed. If service is not currently available fro your telephone
line, you will automatically be put on our waiting list which means
we will contact you should your line become enabled for DSL services.
- Once a Vaxxine representative has placed your order, it will take
4 business days to activate your line for this service.
- You will need a DSL modem to use this service. Your Dial-Up modem
will not work with DSL. Vaxxine gives you two options for getting a
DSL modem: i) You can buy it from us, or ii) You can rent it from us.

Please note where hardware is concerned, you will need either an Ethernet
Network Interface Card or an available USB port. In most cases, you
will already have both these options built-in to your computer. If
you already have a DSL modem provided to you from another source, you
may choose to use it for Vaxxine's DSL service, however, Vaxxine cannot
guarantee the performance of the modem.
- Vaxxine will setup and test the DSL modem for you before you pick
it up. Please note that if you suspect your computer may have a virus
in it or spyware, this can compromise your DSL speed. Vaxxine can rid
your computer of viruses and/or spyware. Please see our Virus
Cleaning section.
- Please note that if you are currently a Vaxxine Dial-up customer
who has Block hours remaining, we will convert the hours to a credit
on your account within a couple weeks after the DSL is setup on your
line, and you are satisfied with the service. A Vaxxine representative
will give you additional details.
