Technical Support by Web

Vaxxine's Technical Support Help Ticket system is available for you to send an email message to our Technical Support staff. Note: You must be logged in to my.vaxxine.com in order to access the Technical Support Help Ticket system. Once logged in, choose the "Tech Support" button to submit an issue.


Technical Support by Phone

If you are contacting our Technical Support Dept. by phone, please review the following before making the call. If our lines are busy, and we are unable to take your call when you call in, please leave a voice-mail message, and someone will return your call ASAP.

  • If you are able to connect, check this web site out for solutions for the most common problems.
  • Gather as much information about your problem and record such events as error messages, time and date the problem occurred.
  • Locate your user account information, as Technical staff will require this to help you.
  • If you are experiencing a connection problem, locate operating system CD or disks, modem driver disks, and any other related Internet software if applicable.
  • Sit comfortably in front of your computer, and dial your local Technical Support number
  • Be prepared to give the technician your username, email address, version of operating system, etc. and your ticket number, if assigned one
  • Please listen carefully to the technician as you are walked through a solution.
